training for the trail

as i work on getting physically ready for my 2025 Pacific Crest Trail adventure, i'm focusing on cardio, strength, flexibility, and nutrition.

the goal is to reduce the acclimation time needed once i make it to trail, and "hit the ground running" so to speak (just to be clear -- i'm definitely *not* running the PCT).

in this video i talk about what that prep work entails, while hiking in -10F windchills at a favorite county park.
